Who We Are and What We Offer

Alpha Wave Performance is a subscription-based digital content platform offering breathwork, nervous system regulation resources, audio programs, and educational content through our membership portal. Our flagship membership, the Library of Breath, is a curated audio library designed to support nervous system regulation, performance, and personal practice.

For clients engaged in 1:1 coaching or other individualized services, separate service agreements govern those engagements. These Terms apply specifically to the digital membership platform.

Accounts and Access

To access our membership content, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please don't share your account with others, as your membership is for your personal use only. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away at [email protected].

Subscription Billing

Our membership operates on a subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize Alpha Wave Performance to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout. This applies whether you've selected a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You're responsible for ensuring your payment information stays current. If a payment fails, access to your membership may be paused until the balance is resolved.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. You may also manage your subscription through your Kajabi member account, though email cancellation ensures we can confirm the change and support your offboarding directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to the membership through that date and you won't be charged again after that. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refund Policy

Because our content is delivered digitally and available immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds after access has been granted. If you believe there's been an error or a truly exceptional circumstance, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your purchase date. Reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. We want you to feel good about your investment, so if something feels off, just talk to us.

Intellectual Property

Everything inside the Alpha Wave Performance membership, including all audio content, written materials, frameworks, session recordings, and any other resources, is the original intellectual property of Alpha Wave Performance. It's protected by copyright. You're welcome to use it for your own personal growth and practice, but it may not be downloaded for redistribution, shared with others, reproduced in any form, or used commercially without explicit written permission. Violation of this may result in immediate termination of your membership.
