Brenna Brochado is a health and performance coach specializing in nervous system regulation, leadership development, and sustainable high performance. With over 20 years of coaching experience spanning NLP, breathwork, somatic work, hypnotherapy, exercise physiology, and behavioral change, she brings a rare depth to the work of sustainable health + high performance.

Her approach centers on the belief that performance is a nervous system skill. Rather than pushing harder, she helps leaders build stress resilience, expand decision-making capacity, and access clarity under pressure.

Her foundation in exercise physiology — including 20 years as a certified personal trainer and advanced exercise coach — means she works with the body as a performance system, not an afterthought.
